Protecting the children, that's what it's about.

Cinderella | Guardian of Wishes | Eternally twenty-four | Guardians | Open

Cinderella was happy for a very long time, her and the prince had two children and they couldn’t be happier, but as sure as she’s here, the happiness had to end. There was a ball celebrating their sons’ seventh birthdays, Cinderella, always cheerful, kept conversation with everyone and wasn’t particularly paying attention.

There was a toast to their son and, when Cinderella took a sip, she soon realized it was poisoned. As she was choking, she looked around the room, her sister, Anastasia, was there, but Cinderella and her had put their differences behind them and had become friends. She then spotted Lady Tremaine and Drizella raising their glasses to her with wide grins on their faces.

In her final breaths, she told the Prince to, one, take care of their son, and, two, that Lady Tremaine and Drizella had poisoned her. She then collapsed in his arms, their sons’ faces in her dress’ skirts. Cinderella was raised many years later as the Guardian of Wishes.

Aurora | Guardian of Rest | Eternally twenty | Guardians | Open

Aurora died four years after her and Phillip married, the sleeping curse left an effect on the young woman, it took a year to realize it. Aurora had terrible nightmares and no matter what the faeries did, nothing helped. The faeries tried every potion, every spell, anything and everything.

Phillip was scared, he was sad that his wife was so upset and everything made her flinch, everything except him, which made him feel better. One day, because of all of the potions and spells that had been put on her, she died.

The feeling was so overwhelming. Aurora and Phillip never had children, which upset the both of them. Aurora’s death was painless and she died in Phillip’s arms.

Aurora was raised as the Guardian of Rest and she doesn’t trust Pitch at all. Considering, it was practically his fault that she died. It makes her even angrier that he seems to enjoy the fact that she basically died because of fear.

Ariel | Guardian of Freedom | Eternally twenty-two | Guardians | Open

Ariel was born a mermaid but died a human. You all know the story of the little mermaid, so I’ll just skip the back-story. Eric and Ariel were happy, they had a daughter and their subjects loved them and they loved their subjects. Everything was perfect.

Then the royal ship got caught in a storm. Fourteen year old Melody, always clever, jumped over the side of the ship into the crashing waves and swims to a nearby island, Ariel was in her cabin, searching for the gift that Triton had given Melody. Eric ran under to get her but she had gotten struck on the head with the floorboard of the upper level of the ship.

He carried her out and jumped out of the ship and swims to the same island as Melody. There was no way to treat Ariel’s bleeding head medically and her concussions. Ariel soon dies, she lost too much blood and was raised as the guardian of freedom.

She doesn’t like Pitch, not at all. Maybe it’s because he tormented her daughter with nightmares after Ariel died.

Flynn Rider | Spirit of bravery | eternally twenty-six | Pitch | Open

When Flynn was hugged by the queen, he thought that he was welcomed into the family, that he was allowed to be with Rapunzel but no, he wasn’t. In fact, he was quite the opposite. Rapunzel, thankfully stopped him from getting arrested, but she was forbidden to be with him. After he learned that, it’s said he died of a broken heart, but in reality he killed himself.

The man in the moon raised him as the spirit of bravery, he was supposed to become the guardian of bravery, but then he saw Rapunzel with Jack and got insanely jealous and refused to join them. He then sided with Pitch in order to get revenge for Jack “stealing his girl.” He is a student and he keeps on trying to persuade Rapunzel into joining Pitch’s side. He always gets an unclear answer, but Rapunzel is considering it. They could be together now.

He’s pretty sure she’s going to end up on Pitch’s side. Then again, Jack appears to have a huge influence on her staying on the Guardians’ side.  He’s still aggravated about the fact that Jack and her are close to becoming an item, Rapunzel and him were supposed to be together when they were alive and now she’s willing to throw that all away for some white haired kid? He’s going by Flynn Rider again.

Hiccup Haddock | Spirit of Autumn | Eternally nineteen | Guardians | Open

Hiccup’s mother died when he was young, he was raised by his father, yet he wasn’t a normal viking. He was smaller, weaker, many other things that a normal viking wasn’t. The village he lived in, named Berk, was constantly being attacked by dragons.

He befriended one and, to make a long story short, because of him, dragons ended up being like pets in Berk. He began dating a viking girl named Astrid but, well, they didn’t work out.

When they attacked the kingdom of Dun’Broch, Hiccup was dragged along by his father. He enjoyed the forests there, so he would go there often, because he wasn’t bad at fighting, he just didn’t like to fight.

One day, while he was in the woods, he was pinned to a tree by a girl with a sword to his throat, Toothless pounced on the red haired girl and only released her when Hiccup said it was okay, in other words, when the girl promised she wouldn’t hurt him.

They almost instantly hit it off, though he was very awkward when it came to new people, especially when they try to kill him. He fell for her, he fell hard, and so did she.

They planned on eloping, Merida was hesitant, then she agreed, the day before they were planning on eloping, they both died. Then they were both raised twenty three years later. No one could see them, but they had each other and they didn’t really care.

Merida Dun’Broch | Spirit of Summer | Eternally seventeen | Guardians | Open

Merida was born to Elinor and Fergus Don’Broch. When she was fifteen her mother tried to marry her off and she, accidentally, turned her mother into a bear, and her three brothers, also an accident. When her mother turned back she was turned back into a human, her brothers… not so different.

They lived a normal life until one of the other kingdoms, a kingdom they thought they were in an alliance with, attacked them. The kingdom plunged into war. A terrible, two year war.

The bright, kingdom of Dun’Broch had become dark and cold. The farmers had stopped farming, mainly because most of them were dead, the animals had all died so they were running short on food.

One day, the red haired girl left the safety of the castle, going against her father’s orders. She got on her horse and ran deep into the forest to find animals to hunt. There she met Hiccup, the prince of the enemy kingdom, she almost killed him, but she realized that he was harmless, also, his dragon pounced on her.

Hiccup and Merida had become close, very close, they met in a secret meeting spot. They knew everything about each other. Neither of them had realized that they loved the other until they both saw each other in battle. Their love was forbidden, but they realized that they could most likely end the war if they were together.

Merida had never been in love before so this was an all new feeling for her. One day, when they met up, one soldier from each kingdom had been told to follow the prince and the princess. Merida had gotten lost, and the soldier that was supposed to be following her had gotten lost as well. The man stumbled upon Hiccup and killed him on sight.

Merida, when she finally arrived had found the body of her love she screamed. The second soldier tracked her down and killed her as well, their bodies were lied next to each other.

Before she died, her father had found her, she told him the story of everything that had happened then died in his arms.

The moon raised her and Hiccup were raised at the same time and they continued to ‘date’ as spirits.

Danielle Parks | Guardian of Time | eternally sixteen | Undecided | Open
Danielle was born into a wealthy family on March 30, 1993. Danielle wasn’t like the other children, though, she was smarter, she looked different, and many other things, which, of course, made people dislike the brunette girl. This started to turn the young girl bitter.
Every week she dreaded going to school, the girls would hit her, tease her, pull her hair, and many other things. She would always use every excuse to get out of school, the excuses would never work with her parents, unless she was actually sick, she would always go to school.
When she was sixteen, she was walking through the streets when a gang mugged her in an alley and beat her until she died and, to make sure the body wasn’t found, they discreetly threw her body into a lake. She died the day after her birthday in 2009. It never showed up on the news.
She was raised and became a guardian but she didn’t really care for it, she was still too bitter to be a normal guardian so she refused to work with the other guardians. She’s leaning toward’s Pitch’s side, she’s a student, but no one completely trusts her.
